These site fees are for May-October. Please inquire about off-season pricing.

Package 1:
$8,500
Includes only the site fee for the wedding and access to the house starting at 9am for the bridal party to get ready. Friday setup and Sunday strike days are included in the fee.

Additional Lodging
$750.00 for each additional night. Check out is at 12pm, noon.

Deposit
The deposit is 50% of whichever package is chosen. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to the wedding day.

Cleaning/Damage Deposit
An additional cleaning/damage deposit of $2,500 will be required with the deposit. It will be refunded within 7 business days after the event.

Guest count
100 guests is the maximum capacity for the main lawn.

Booking Your Event
If you would like to book your event, a courtesy reservation will be put on your requested date. A signed contract and deposit must be returned to the Santa Barbara Foothills Estate within 14 business days. If the deposit/contract are not in by that time, your date will released and open for another event to take place.

Lodging
The estate can accommodate up to 4-6 overnight guests in the master bedroom, bedroom #2 and bedroom #3

Insurance
The couple must present a named additional insured certificate of insurance for $2 million dollars 15 days prior to the event.

All vendors associated with the event are required to be fully licensed and insured. A named additional insurance certificate from each vendor associated with a private event must name Santa Barbara Foothills as additional insured for the day of the event. The list of vendors and insurance certificates must be presented 15 days prior to the event.
