Located just ten minutes from the beach, Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara, it is close to many activities and attractions.

The home itself is built in a Spanish style with beautiful marble floors, custom fire places and an open floor plan. The grounds feature several yards, palm trees, and beautiful cut rock stairways that lead to the top of the property. The landscaping and cactus gardens won the best landscaping award in 1985. Amenities include such a swimming pool, hot tub, a basketball half court and tennis courts.

The house is available for overnight lodging and can accommodate up to four to six guests in the main house
